Refund Policy

Plans are prepaid monthly. Because usage begins immediately and model costs are incurred in real time, consumed usage is non-refundable.

If you were charged in error, or the service was unavailable for an extended period, contact us within 14 days and we'll review a pro-rated refund of unused budget.

Cancelling simply means not renewing — your key works until the end of the paid period.
